This rare first edition is published by The Museum of Modern Art New York, in conjunction with the 1967 exhibition, is printed on Mohawk Superfine Paper by photogravure in 1967 in a limited edition by Lebanon Valley Offset Company, book designed by Joseph Courke Del Valle.
