All items are vintage unless stated otherwise. Please be aware that due to the age of vintage items, there may be slight imperfections. Items are sourced worldwide.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise. We do not ship on holidays or weekends. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

If you are outside the United States and would like to place and order please email Lost & Found directly. 

 

LOCAL CUSTOMERS

Lost & Found offers local pickup in Richmond, VA. When placing an order please select ‘PICK UP’ as the delivery method and items will be ready within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise.

Orders will be placed outside for pick up at a specific date and during a specific time frame. Lost & Found is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please email Lost & Found if you have a preferred day and time for picking up and we will do our best to accommodate you.


RETURN

Returns are up to the discretion of Lost & Found, please email us directly to inquire about a return. Please include your first and last name, order number, which item(s) you’d like to return, and why. If your item(s) is approved for return, your refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Refunds do not include original or return shipping costs.
